Ingredients
500g frozen fish fingers
½ qty Cheat’s microwave cheese sauce (see notes for recipe)
250g frozen peas, corn and carrots
475g bought mashed potato
50g (½ cup) pre-grated cheddar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan forced. Grease a 5cm-deep 26cm x 18cm baking dish. Line with baking paper.
- Cook fish fingers according to packet directions. Arrange over the base of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the fish fingers. Scatter over the frozen vegetables.
- Heat potato according to packet directions. Spoon over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
